About A Quiltwork Of Lives
Finding the layers of your family.
Do you have questions about your family? Where and when where did Rhoda Ann Kemp (1838-1892) and William H MIchael (1840-1918) marry? Who are the parents of Thomas William Jones (1890-1963) of Fayette County, PA? When did Hannah Jones (1817-1893) emmigrate from Wales?
A Quiltwork of Lives is a full service genealogical research firm with over 25 years of experience in answering these and many other questions.
I can do the research for you or guide you on your own journey. Full service projects or just pulling records for you.
Getting started is easy. What do you want to know about your family? I can help you frame your question(s) into a genealogical research project that draws on best practices. We can then begin your quest to find the layers of your family. Email or call me to get started.
Disclaimers and Liabilities:
I will do my best to answer your questions in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee that a particular record or set of records exists. When presented with complicated questions or projects, I cannot predict in advance the time needed to find information. In that case, I may charge a retaining fee, keeping you informed with progress reports. When the authorized maximum is reached, I will seek authorization to continue.
My time to research your question is the same even if nothing is found. A professional genealogist is, therefore, paid for his or her time, not the number of documents produced. A written report will be submitted when I do brick wall analysis or in-depth genealogy. The reports show what repositories, libraries, archives, or databases were searched, how they were searched, and the results of the search, and suggestions for further searches, if appropriate.
